How to get a great job – track down the best people in your industry. Then don’t stop contacting them until you can talk to them. Get advice, ask them to look at your resume, ask how they got started, if they will mentor you, and maybe, just maybe, you’ll be able to work with or for them. You can’t just pass out your resume and expect to be hired by someone! It’s all about the follow-ups and being persistent and confident. And dressing well. 🙂
